Sports Nutrition Seminar: Dr. Katey Mooberry, D.C., from Get Moving Chiropractic will be providing information on sports nutrition. She will be discussing general nutrition, some good nutritional supplements that are a good "health insurance policy," what to eat before/after exercise, as well as good supplements for an athlete. This one hour seminar will help you incorporate better nutrition into your workout routine, which will help you achieve your goal. Bring a friend. This seminar is free and you do not have to be a member! Hors d'oevres will be provided.
