Pilates

A non-cardio class focusing on strengthening and lengthening your entire body. This class focuses on strengthening the powerhouse muscles of the back, abs, inner thighs and gluteals.

Sculpt

Tone your body with weights, rubber bands and balls. Enjoy a full body workout without cardio.

Ski Conditioning

Improve your sport whether you ski or snow board. This class focuses on leg strength, core strength, balance and flexibility. All levels welcome!

Spinning

Spinning is a group cycling class. There are no complicated moves to learn, combined with top notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun!

Stretch

A full body stretch class for pure flexibility. Perfect for runners and cyclists.

Super Circuit

Total body conditioning using tubes, balls, weights, and steps with cardio interval segments.

Women on Weights (WOW)

Women On Weights (W.O.W.) is a program designed for women who are bored with their weight lifting routine or are intimidated by the machines. W.O.W. is a six week program, that changes every two weeks in order to obtain optimal results. This program will provide support from your instructor and other class participants.

Yoga

Improve your strength and flexibility with Yoga poses, stretching, breathing and relaxation. Innovative vinyasa Hatha flow with Shavasana at the end.

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance. It combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. Zumba is Spanish slang for "to move fast and have fun. Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso. The music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
