Pilates

A non-cardio class focusing on strengthening and lengthening your entire body. This class focuses on strengthening the powerhouse muscles of the back, abs, inner thighs and gluteals.

SilverSneakersĀ® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weight, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

Ski Conditioning

Improve your sport whether you ski or snow board. This class focuses on leg strength, core strength, balance and flexibility. All levels welcome!

Spin

Spin is a group cycling class. There are no complicated moves to learn, combined with top notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun!

Stretch

A full body stretch class for pure flexibility. Perfect for runners and cyclists.

Yoga

Improve your strength and flexibility with Yoga poses, stretching, breathing and relaxation. Innovative vinyasa Hatha flow with Shavasana at the end.

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance. It combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. Zumba is Spanish slang for "to move fast and have fun." Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso. The music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
