Classes

Mat Pilates

A non-cardio class focusing on strengthening and lengthening your entire body. This class focuses on strengthening the powerhouse muscles of the back, abs, inner thighs and gluteals.

SilverSneakersĀ® Classic (formerly called MSROM)

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

SilverSneakersĀ® Yoga Stretch

SilverSneakers offers a special yoga class in which you learn gentle, effective stretching that can help maintain joint flexibility and prevent injury. Stretching can also help improve muscle tone and help you relax, both physically and mentally.

Sport/Ski Conditioning

Improve your sports performance. This class focuses on leg strength, core strength, balance and flexibility. All levels welcome!

Cycling

In this group cycling class, there are no complicated moves to learn. We have top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal. Getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun!

CardioKickBox & Yoga

CardioKickBox & Yoga: first half hour — cardio with martial arts-inspired moves movements put to music in various shadowboxing combinations. The second half of the class will focus on your strength and flexibility with some yoga-based stretches. Together they will provide body awareness and strength. No reservations are required for this class.

Stretch

A full-body stretch class for pure flexibility. Perfect for runners and cyclists.

TRX

TRX was born in the U.S. Navy SEALS and developed by Fitness Anywhere®. Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. It's easy to set up and quite portable. There are hundreds of exercises to build power, strength, flexibillity, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. You'll never need to miss a workout again! + WOW

Women on Weights (WOW) is designed for women who want to lift weights with proper form, and burn fact effectively. The instructor will lead you through exercises that teach proper set up, exercise execution, lifting technique, breathing correctly, and safety in the gym. Eight-week class, no drop-ins. Nonmembers are welcome. Cost is $320 for members, $400 for nonmembers.

Yoga

Improve your strength and flexibility with yoga poses, stretching, breathing and relaxation. Our instructors practice innovative vinyasa hatha flow with shavasana at the end. The Sunday class is free to anyone in the community.

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance. It combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. Zumba is Spanish slang for "to move fast and have fun." Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco and calypso. The music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
