Meet Tim Scheffler
Tim Scheffler was born in Chicago, IL. He was active in high school football, baseball, track, gymnastics, wrestling, and weight lifting. Tim was the weight lifting champion three years running. He pursued the automotive industry, became certified and served as an auto tech for 25 years. He continued his weight training and kept his certifications active throughout his automotive career.
Tim received his black belt in Tae Kwon Do in 1997 and won many Midwest championships. Tim has been teaching Tae Kwon Do for 14 years. Tim is also a motor-crosser of 17 years, winning quite a few trophies and money purses. He trained with other racers conditioning for one of the most physically demanding sports in the world.
Tim developed a unique style of conditioning derived from his Tae Kwon Do Master. The barefoot, high heat, non-stop conditioning challenges everyone.
His interests include Motocross, snow boarding, weight training, hiking, street biking, and martial arts.
