Meet Mary Nix
Mary Nix was born and raised in Lakewood, Colorado. She has been active throughout her entire life including playing softball in high school and competitively for 6 years. Always engaging in physical activity lead her to the field of health. She attended Colorado State University where she received a degree in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotions.
CSU gave her the knowledge to pursue her passion of helping people better themselves. Throughout her time at Genesee she has gained knowledge in Pilates Mat and the Pilates Reformer. She tackles personal training with an all encompassing approach by incorporating fat burning weight lifting techniques and Pilates.
Her interests include: mountain biking, participating in triathlons, working out, and hanging out with her loved ones.
