Dana Inman has been teaching fitness for more than 30 years. Certified as a personal trainer and a group exercise instructor, she has taught everything from high-impact aerobics to yoga.
It wasn’t until Pilates entered her life that she developed true body awareness and balance. She now is completely fulfilled and carrying out her passion for teaching and sharing with others what she feels is the “missing link” in the world of fitness. Her specialty is teaching Pilates (privately or group) and incorporating the full system — reformer, mat, Cadillac, chair, barrels, and accessories. Dana can help you become the best “body” you can be.
Dana enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and three dogs. Her interests include cycling, hiking, skiing, going to the beach, Pilates, group exercise, and continuing fitness education.
