X-Camp

Starting July 13.
Tuesday and Thursday's at 6 am.

Your opportunity to kick up your fitness program a notch or three! This bootcamp style class will challenge you with supersets of interval training. Focusing on all out exertion catered to your specific fitness level. Meaning, even if you don't think you are ready for a bootcamp, Clare will give you just the right level of challenge to push yourself to greater fitness gains. Strength, cardio, core stability, coordination and balance training are all included in the cross-training. More info
